The tools shown above are not traps, but a means to catch wild game if it is cornered. Remember, even small animals like rabbits, coons, squirrels, or others, can cause scratches and even bite you. Keep in mind, you will have to kill the animal if you loop one.

This catch only works with small game, so do not attempt it with large game like deer, moose, or bear. If you loop a bear, you're on your own, because I have no idea what to suggest.

Try to kill the animal quickly, with a large rock or a spear you have made from a sharpened stick. Never allow an animal to suffer needlessly. I may advocate the taking of wild game to survive, I do not like the thought of it suffering needlessly.
